What is your home worth today?
Your home's value and equity, updated for you by Steven Mock, your Kansas City realtor.
See my Homebot report โYour number, explained
๐ Your home's value
Homebot keeps a running estimate of what your home is worth, based on the market around you.
It updates as the market moves โ so your number stays current.
๐ฐ Your equity
Equity is the part of your home you actually own โ your home's value minus what you still owe.
For most of us, it's the biggest savings account we have.
๐ก Homes near you
Homebot also watches what homes near yours actually sold for.
Real sales, on real streets โ that's what keeps your number honest.
๐ How that number is made โ and what it can't see
No computer has ever been inside your home. The estimate is built from public records and what homes near you recently sold for, run through a model. That's all it is โ and it's why the big sites so often disagree with each other about the same house.
What it can't see: your remodeled kitchen, your finished basement, a tired roof, your lot, your street. It also can't tell a normal sale from a foreclosure or a family sale. If the public records have your size or room count wrong, the number is built on a wrong fact.
Why it can jump: when a home near you sells, or records update, the model recalculates โ sometimes by a lot, overnight. A big jump does not mean your home changed. It means the math did. Think of your number as the middle of a range, not an exact price.
That is not a knock on the tool โ it's a good early-warning system. It's just not the number to make a life decision on by itself.
Thinking of selling?
๐งฎ What would I actually walk away with?
Type in your own numbers. The sheet updates as you go, and your numbers stay on this phone for next time.
This is an estimate to start the conversation โ not a promise. The final numbers come from the title company at closing, and Steven will walk through them with you line by line before you ever sign anything.
Try it twice: run the sheet once with a sale price a little above the automated estimate and once a little below. Your real answer lives somewhere in that range โ and Steven's job is to narrow it with a walk-through, not a guess.
Equity snapshot log
๐ Watch your equity grow
Your Homebot report (the button up top) holds your live number. This log is your own record of it: save a snapshot whenever your report updates, and this card shows how far you've come โ in plain words.
No snapshots yet. Save your first one today and this log starts tracking your progress.
Snapshots save only on this phone, in this page โ they are never sent anywhere, and there is no account or sign-in. Wrong tap? Every snapshot has its own remove button.
Did you improve your home?
๐จ Improvements the computer can't see
The automated estimate above can't see work you've done inside your home โ a refreshed kitchen, a finished basement, a new roof. If you've improved your home, your real value may sit above that number.
Tap anything you've done. You'll see a ballpark for how much it could add, and what your range could look like with those improvements counted in.
Please read this part: the amounts below are general ballpark estimates for typical value added at resale โ not a promise, not an appraisal, and not Steven's number for your home. No source is cited for these ranges: they are not taken from a published study, not based on Kansas City sales, and not calculated for your home โ treat them as a rough illustrative guide only. What an improvement actually adds varies a lot by your home, the quality and scope of the work, and your local market. Some projects add less than they cost. The automated number can't see your home's condition, and neither can this card.
Your picks save only on this phone, in this page โ they are never sent anywhere. Want a number Steven stands behind, with your improvements actually seen? That's exactly what Steven's Number Check is for, just below.
Steven's Number Check
โ Does the computer's number pass the smell test?
Steven's pledge: no homeowner on his list has to trust a computer's number alone. If the automated estimate and Steven's own walk-through number ever disagree, he will tell you which one he stands behind โ and why โ in plain words. No other value site offers that: their numbers answer to an algorithm. This one answers to a person.

Your information stays yours
๐ What this page does NOT do
Your details are never sold. The big value sites make money selling homeowner information to agents and lenders. This page can't โ it's a simple page with no accounts, no sign-up, and no card, ever. It is free because Steven is your realtor, not because you're the product.
No stranger calls. There is no agent-matching here and no list of agents waiting to buy your name. Anything you send goes to one person: Steven.
No refinance pitch. This app will never push you a loan, a cash-out offer, or a lender call. It's about your home's value and your equity โ that's it.
No scare headlines. Your number moving is math, not an emergency, and this page will never dress it up as one to get you to click.
The calculator's numbers save only on this phone, in this page โ they are never sent anywhere. The Ask Steven form below opens your own email app; nothing leaves your phone until you press send there.

Fill this in and tap the button โ it opens your email app with everything written out, addressed to Steven. Just press send there.
This opens your own email app, addressed only to Steven at soldbymock@gmail.com. Nothing is sent until you press send there โ and it goes to Steven alone, nobody else.
